3/4 cup chopped raw shrimp
3/4 cup crabmeat, cooked
1 egg
2 slice dry bread
1 dash ca yenne pepper or to taste
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Pick up small handful and squeeze
into 2 1/2" roll. Mix about 1 cup corn meal with 1/2 cup pancake
mix. Coat shrimp patty in corn meal and fry in deep fat
